About Our Moose Hair

Hey! My name is Ashlee + I am the founder + creative director of Moose Hair + Beauty. I am a wife, a mum of three beautiful little girls (AKA future hairdressers) + your friendly curly hair specialist. Hair has been in my blood for as long as I can remember. I started my hairdressing journey at the age of 14 + I purchased my first hair salon at the age of 18. 10 years later this business is still continuing to grow, which is why our online store is alive + thriving. I myself have very curly hair, so I decided to further my training learning to cut curly hair correctly. Since completing my training in 2019, I realised there was a big hole in the market for curly hair stylists + products. This inspired me to create a place where all you curly hair guys + gals can come + choose a range of products I love + recommend for your curls.

Our Story

Moose Hair + Beauty is known for our friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere + our one on one client experience. We understand the importance of self care + self love, so we as professional hairstylists + therapists go above + beyond to make sure you have to best experience at Moose. Whether you’re a mum wanting some ‘me time’ or whether you’re due for that 6 weekly root touch up, we will deliver consistant, relaxing + a great time while you sit + be pampered. From our friendly welcome as you arrive, when you’re sitting down in your comfy chair, to the moment you walk out that door, we will make sure you are relaxed, be fussed over + left feeling extra beautiful. We can’t wait to see you in our chair soon!

Ashlee is the founder + creative director of Moose Hair + Beauty + has been in the hair industry since 2008. Ashlee is your curly hair therapist + loves everything when it comes to curls. She makes sure your hair is as healthy as it can be without pushing the limits during your colour service. When she is off the floor, you'll see her spending time with her husband, kids + friends, running her baby business + playing netball or video games. Ashlee puts 110% into creating a relaxed, non judgemental + welcoming feel to the salon. "I aspire to give you the best customer experience + help you in any way you need with a big smile on my face."

Delila

Delila is a fully qualified beauty therapist + eyelash specialist. With over 12 years experience, she offers outstanding, professional service in a friendly + relaxed evironment. She's widely recongnised as a 'lash perfectionist' by her clientele + will go above + beyond to ensure every client walks out the door with a stunning set of eyelash extentions.
